WooCommerce Abandon Cart / Recover Cart Plugin

Your purchase includes any updates made to the plugin in the next two years. It is possible that in a few years, the plugin will still work as-is, however Active Campaign, Woo Commerce and WordPress will definitely be making various changes and improvements in that time.

So while it is possible none of those changes will impact how this plugin works, it is also possible some of them will. This very site uses ActiveWoo ( of course! ) and so I will always be on top of keeping everything working as it should be at a minimum.

It is also possible that someone like yourself will have a requirement I've not thought of yet, and that may get put into the plugin, in which case you'd get an email to let you know a nifty new feature is available. At that point, it's up to you to decide if you'd like to upgrade and use the new feature or not. Either way, I can not guarantee I can give you updates for free past 2 years from the date of your purchase.​

The license agreement states that you may use this plugin on ONE SITE ONLY. If you are an agency, or just have a few different websites running WooCommerce, please purchase one plugin for each store. 

The current version of the plugin does not contain any automated checking to see if you are using this plugin on multiple sites, so I leave it to you to do the honest and honorable thing. Consider how much value this plugin adds to your business(s) and consider that if you are also selling things... karma is on the side of doing the right thing :)​

This plugin relies on the Active Campaign API, which is one of the best around, meaning it should work on just about any server configuration.... That said, there are so many different possibilities out there that I can not guarantee it will work on every one.

I can guarantee that I will do my best to get you up and running if you hit a snag for some reason, and failing that, your money will be returned if you can't get things to work.... but if that's the case I would strongly recommend switching your hosting to http://cloudways.com who have a killer $5/ month WooCommerce optimized plan for small sites, and $15 a month for bigger ones.... use the Digital Ocean option, it's what this site runs on!​

Yes to all of the above. Active Woo will first check to see if the billing email exists in Active Campaign. If it doesn't, then the contact gets added. Then, Active Woo will take the SKU(s) of each product in the customers cart, will turn them into tags, and will add those tags to the customer's record in Active Campaign. (each SKU/Tag is only added to your Active Campaign once). 

Then, if any of your products were in product categories, those product categories will be added as tags as well.

No sku, no tag? No problem! If you have a default tag set, than that's what gets added. If you have no sku, no product category, no default tag...then the contact will get added, but no tags will be added.

Once the tags have been added, a note is created for that Contact. The note has a link to the order - meaning you can just pull up a contact, look at the notes, and see all that customer's orders. You can then click on any of the links to jump right into that order in WooCommerce.

Finally, the plugin will also keep track of total revenue spent - as long as you set what field the plugin should use for Total Revenue. Don't worry, the training video covers how to do that. ​
