Your purchase gives you a license key that is good for one year from the date of purchase.

Your card will NOT be auto-billed when the license expires, but you will receive an email reminder before it does, and you'll get a notification in your WordPress admin if your key is expired.

When your license expires, your site and ActiveWoo will continue to sync orders, however you won't be able to access the settings panel, nor will you be able to upgrade to the latest version. When using ActiveWoo, you won't see any settings to define which list, or segment a contact is added to. 

Adding customers to lists and segments is done using Automations inside ActiveCampaign, allowing for total flexibility and logic of when to add which customers to which lists.

For example this site uses two lists, one for Recover Cart, one for ​Customers. 

When you purchase, an automation automatically removes you from the Recover Cart list, and adds you to the Customer List, thus also cancelling out the recover cart reminder email, and then sending your welcome email with a link to detailed instructions on how to use all the features of ActiveWoo.

Yes to all of the above. Active Woo will first check to see if the billing email exists in Active Campaign. If it doesn't, then the contact gets added. Then, Active Woo will take the SKU(s) of each product in the customers cart, will turn them into tags, and will add those tags to the customer's record in Active Campaign. (each SKU/Tag is only added to your Active Campaign once). 

Then, if any of your products were in product categories, those product categories will be added as tags as well.

No sku, no tag? No problem! If you have a default tag set, than that's what gets added. If you have no sku, no product category, no default tag...then the contact will get added, but no tags will be added.

Once the tags have been added, a note is created for that Contact. The note has a link to the order - meaning you can just pull up a contact, look at the notes, and see all that customer's orders. You can then click on any of the links to jump right into that order in WooCommerce.

Finally, the plugin will also keep track of total revenue spent - as well as how many total purchases, and the date of the last purchase made.

ActiveWoo has a feature to sync past orders! You just push the button, and ActiveWoo will go back through each order that is marked "Complete" and will sync that order to ActiveWoo, including tags, total revenue, billing address etc.

Please note if you do have a lot of orders, it will take some time for them all to sync ( about 2-3 seconds per order depending on your server).

There is a "Cancel Sync" button in case you need to stop the sync for any reason.​

ActiveWoo has a feature which SIMPLIFIES the checkout process ( you'll see it in action when you make your purchase by clicking the order button above 😉

Once you enter your name & email, then click "next" - the product(s) in your cart are synced into ActiveCampaign using a specially formatted URL.

You can then send this URL out to customers who start, but do not finish the checkout (and can include an extra incentive). This is a VERY EFFECTIVE way to boost your sales, by simply making it easy for customers to finish their checkout if they got interrupted (or just needed a little extra incentive to finish).*
